White Chocolate and PB Oats: A Dreamy Breakfast Delight!

Hey there, foodies! If you’re anything like me, you love a good bowl of oats in the morning. But today, I’ve got something extra special for you White Chocolate and PB Oats! After making my white chocolate and peanut butter truffles, I couldn’t resist bringing that sweet combo to my breakfast routine. And let me tell you, it’s just as dreamy as it sounds! With the sweetness of white chocolate and the creamy richness of peanut butter, this bowl will give you the energy boost you need to start your day right.

Method

Cook the Oats

Start by placing your oats in a microwaveable bowl and pour enough water over them to cover the oats. Stir the mixture to ensure the oats are evenly distributed in the water. Then, microwave the oats on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Keep an eye on them while cooking to prevent any overflow. After microwaving, check the consistency of the oats; they should be soft but still have a little bite to them. If they seem a bit too firm, you can add a little more water and give them a quick stir.

Add the Protein Paste and Courgette

Once your oats are cooked, it’s time to add the next layer of flavor and nutrition. Stir in the grated courgette, which will not only add a subtle, fresh flavor but also boost the fiber content of your oats. Next, prepare the protein paste by mixing the white chocolate impact whey isolate protein powder with 50ml of almond milk (or your preferred milk). Stir the protein powder and milk together until it forms a smooth paste. Add this protein paste to the oats, along with a quick stir to incorporate the mixture fully. If the oats seem too thick at this point, you can add a splash more water or milk to adjust the consistency, and then microwave for another 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Add Your Toppings

After the oats have finished cooking, it’s time to add those sweet and creamy toppings that make this breakfast irresistible. First, sprinkle the frozen raspberries on top; their tartness will perfectly complement the sweet, rich oats. Then, mix in the peanut butter powder that you’ve prepared by simply adding water to 10g of PBfit peanut butter powder. Stir the peanut butter powder into the oats for a creamy texture and nutty flavor. Finally, chop up a Reese’s Giant White Peanut Butter Cup and sprinkle the pieces over the oats. The combination of the rich peanut butter, creamy white chocolate, and fresh fruit creates a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

Stir and Enjoy

Once everything is added, give the oats a good stir to mix all the ingredients evenly. This will ensure that the creamy peanut butter, white chocolate, and fruit are well distributed in each bite. Now your White Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oats are ready to be enjoyed! Grab your spoon and dig into this indulgent yet nutritious breakfast that’s sure to fuel your morning.
