  • 1 tbsp tomato purée

  • 20g passata

  • Oregano, basil, salt, and pepper (to taste)

  • 40g light mozzarella

  • 8g reduced-fat pesto

  • 40g sundried tomatoes

  • Chilli flakes (optional, if you like a little heat)

Directions

  • Start by lightly toasting your bagel in the air fryer or toaster. You just want it to get slightly crispy, nothing too crazy!
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato purée, passata, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to make sure everything is nicely mixed.
  • Spread this tomato mixture on top of your toasted bagel with the back of a spoon.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, and then add little blobs of pesto on top.
  • Add the sundried tomatoes to the bagel and sprinkle with some chili flakes if you’re in the mood for a spicy kick!
