In a large mixing bowl, combine 375g of oats, 135g of wholemeal self-raising flour, 180g of coconut sugar, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Use a spoon to mix these ingredients thoroughly so that the oats and flour are evenly distributed, and the cinnamon is well blended throughout the mixture.

Melt the Coconut Oil

Next, melt 200g of coconut oil. You can do this in a microwave or on the stovetop. Once melted, pour the coconut oil into the dry ingredients.
